Headliner

We are the headline entertainment for your event! This package comes with 4hrs of professional DJ & MC services, each additional hour is $100. We will set up our standard DJ system which looks great for any event. This price includes set up, tear, down, and an on-call manager to ensure the DJ always has a backup roadie. We offer an unlimited music library which allows you to request any songs that are readily available on major music platforms. We will also provide basic dancefloor lighting which works great for smaller dancefloors. Our DJs rock out to all kinds of music and love reading the crowd to make sure they are always dancing. Encore

Keep the applause going because the Encore Package gives you more! This package includes everything in the “Headliner Package” with some added extras. Enjoy 5hrs of professional DJ & MC services with advanced dance floor lighting, AKA “The Gigbar”. This Gigbar comes equipped with a haze machine which encourages people to stay on the dancefloor! Check out this video to see this Gigbar in action. This package also includes 5 LED uplighting bars. These uplights will make your event space look bigger, brighter, and more colorful! Lastly, we will provide 4hrs of our Open-Air Photo Booth. This photo booth comes equipped with a photo booth operator, a table full of props, unlimited prints, a personalized photo booth template, and a link to all the photos taken that evening. This package will WOW your guests and keep them entertained all night!

World Tour

Pack your bags because your event just went across the globe with our World Tour Package! This package includes 6hrs of professional DJ & MC services, our Deluxe DJ Setup, 10 wireless uplights (EZ pars), deluxe dance floor lighting (Gigbar Move), a GOBO projector, and a choice of either our Deluxe Mirror Booth or Social Selfie Booth for 5hrs. Our Deluxe DJ Set Up includes a lit up façade and skrims which makes the DJ’s booth more appealing to the dancefloor. We will also set up wireless uplights which are extremely easy to place anywhere in the venue and can also be used to spotlight a point of interest like a cake table. The deluxe dancefloor light AKA “Gigbar Move” includes moving head lights which brighten up the dancefloor and surrounding areas with colorful lighting effects. Our GOBO projector emits a customized date, logo, or personalized names on a wall or dancefloor to give your event space a more personal touch. This package allows you to choose from either our Social Selfie Booth or Deluxe Mirror Booth. The Social Selfie Booth will impress your guests by sending photos straight to your smart phone for easy posting to their favorite social media site. Our Deluxe Mirror Booth allows guests to sign and post virtual props or emojis on their photos. This booth also displays event themed animations which make for some really fun photos!

Additional Pricing Information

If you would like an exact price quote for your event, please fill out this short form.

Payment Terms: We require a $300 deposit for your event at the time of booking, regardless of how many services you are booking with us (i.e. if you book both DJ and photo booth service with us, only one deposit is required). This deposit is applied to your total balance and is not refundable, but may be applied to a different event with a 30-day written notice. The balance on your account is due on the day of your event within one hour of the start time.

Payment Options: We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and PayPal for payment, although payments rendered on the day of your event must be paid by cash or credit card only. Checks are accepted up until ten days prior to your event, and all returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Credit cards are accepted in person in our office, or on our website here.  We do not accept credit cards over the phone.

Overtime: In most cases, our services may be available beyond your scheduled contract end time. You can ask our staff if we are available for overtime at any time prior to the end of your event. The cost for the overtime is outlined in your agreement and must be paid at the start of the overtime. Overtime payments can be paid by cash or credit card only.

Gratuities: As with any service industry, gratuities are not required, but are gratefully appreciated if you feel that our staff has done an excellent job and has provided you with outstanding service. Gratuities are a way of saying, “job well done!” and provide an additional incentive for our staff to really excel at making your event a success. The standard gratuity in our industry is approximately 5%-10% of the total cost of your event.
